Q: What services does Butler Malaysia offer?
Butler Malaysia does it all! For our PREMIUM Package clients, we will help you list your property, dynamically adjust your pricing, correspond with your guests, confirm your reservation, secure and process payments, and handle your guest's check-ins and check-outs. Butler Malaysia even provides toiletries, clean towels, and bed linens for your guests, so they don't need to use yours. We act as an all-in-one host logistics manager and concierge, so you don't need to worry about a thing while your guest enjoys a terrific stay.
Since every home is different, we also offer LITE Package and DELUXE Package which included home cleaning, hotel amenities replenishment, welcome amenities, key exchange, concierge services, to suit your needs.
Q: What are the service package available and charges for Butler Malaysia?
For PREMIUM Package accounts, Butler Malaysia's will charge a percentage of Host's booking earnings (after applicable taxes and Airbnb's host service fee) + cleaning fees which are passed through to guests and are not the Host's responsibility. We are paid out at the same time hosts receive their pay out from Airbnb, which is usually 24 hours after a guest's scheduled check-in time, or monthly, if the guest is staying 28 or more nights. We only make money when you make money!
Q: If i'm not keen to PREMIUM Package, what else can Butler Malaysia provide?
We certainly do. While Butler Malaysia is, first and foremost, a full-service logistics manager, we recognize that certain apartments have unique needs. We offer LITE and DELUXE Package for hosts who want to continue managing all other services themselves.
Q: Do you provide cleaning services for each reservation?
Definitely Yes. Not only do our cleaners follow a comprehensive multi-point cleaning checklist, but they will also make up each bed with your own or Butler Malaysia sheets before each guest arrives.
Q: Who are Butler Malaysia typical clients?

We are short-term rental experts, so we can optimize your existing profile or even create a new perfect profile for you from scratch (at no additional charge). We will also provide you a half-day module class to guide and brief you on all the information you need to know.
Q: What is your policy if there is a VALID lapse in your quality of service as reported by guest?
Upon verification that the complaint in lapse in quality of service, Butler Malaysia is to offer the guest a free LITE Package of service on the next stay by guest to the same unit that we hosted.
